Our standard Tongue & Groove lumber is available with either a V-Groove or Straight Edge profile, and can be finished with a smooth face or a rough cut appearance. For our Blue Stain / Lodgepole Pine, we offer standard thicknesses of 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1.5″, with widths of 3.5″, 5.25″, and 7.25″.
We also provide Shiplap, which can be processed with tight joints or spaced from a nickel gap up to 1″ apart. In Blue Stain material, we offer widths of up to 8″, while Ponderosa Pine and Doug Fir options are available in widths up to 4″ 6”and 8″.
For our Smooth Four Sides (S4S) lumber, we can provide widths of up to 8″ and thicknesses of up to 6″. A round-over trim profile is also available as a standard option.
T&G FLOORING
Our T&G flooring lumber is processed in lengths ranging from 6′ to 12′. The T&G profile includes a small groove for recessed nail heads, with the bottom leg of the groove slightly shorter to ensure a tight fit. The underside of the boards features half relief grooves to accommodate movement.
Please note that all flooring materials require sanding and finishing on site.
